We are a father and son home inspection business with over 30 years of home inspection experience. The two of us have inspected over 7,000 houses since 2007. Our goal when we inspect you future home is to never have a negative callback because we missed something. 

When you hire us, you get 2 guys that are honest hard workers with experience who  care about our client and want to do the best job for you. One or both both of us will be the only ones doing your home inspection. When we have inspected your home, you will have a good idea of what you are buying. No one wants to find out they bought a money pit after the fact because the inspector missed things.

Will began working with me in his early 20's and has 12 plus years experience inspecting houses. With me being a general contractor, Will has been around home construction and houses all his life. He is a natural at inspecting houses. Will has learned more about houses than most people his age ever will. 

 I was a general contractor for 21 years, worked several years as a real estate agent, and finally realized in 2007 my calling in life was home inspections. I know what a house should look like as well as what it shouldn't look like. 

Home inspections truly a fun business to be in. You meet a lot of wonderful people and see a lot of interesting houses. 

All inspections follow the guidelines of the ASHI Standards and Practice. We are ASHI Certified, IRC code certified, NRPP certified, licensed, carry general liability insurance, errors and omission insurance, and have Supra Key access.

Your inspection report will be sent to you and your agent on the  same day as the inspection. Most inspection periods are short term and you can't afford to loose valuable time waiting several days for your report. You are encouraged to attend all or part of  the inspection. In the event you are unable to attend the inspection, your report will be  so detailed and easy to read that you will think you were at the inspection.
